This non-vintage champagne is crafted from more than 100 carefully selected wines, blending Pinot Noir for structure, Pinot Meunier for roundness and Chardonnay for freshness. A proportion of reserve wines adds maturity and depth. The result is a perfectly balanced cuvée with a dosage of 9 g/l – crisp, elegant and enduring.
