Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Sublime is a refined and lightly sweet Demi-Sec champagne with a generous, aromatic profile. Its updated design features a chic grey label in the signature ‘Dash of Seduction’ style—previously known for its striking purple colour. Award-winning craftsmanship
The Cuvée Sublime is one of the house’s most expressive premium cuvées, known for its rich aromas and balanced sweetness. It has been celebrated at major international wine competitions, winning two Gold medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards and Silver at both the International Wine & Spirit Competition and the International Wine Challenge. The blend includes more than 100 crus and consists of 50–55% Pinot Noir, 30–35% Pinot Meunier and 15–20% Chardonnay, with a dosage of 35 g/l.
