Le Blanc de Blancs from Lanson is made from a selection of the finest chardonnay grapes, of which 70% comes from Grand Crus and Premier Crus.
This blend by cellar master Hervé Dantan undergoes a minimum aging of 5 years and is a composition of 100% chardonnay with a dosage of 7 g/l. The proportion of reserve wine is 40%.
