The three Champagne grape varieties processed in equal parts (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay) come from 30 different Crus.
To enhance the sweetness in the wine, the wine is finished with a dosage of 34g/l.
This Champagne is kept in the cellars of Pol Roger for at least four years.
This Champagne is certainly attractive to the eye, with its yellow-gold color and modest spark of copper in the creamy and lively mousse.
An elegant mousse in which floral notes, dried fruit and aromas of wood come together on the nose. Rounded off with a spicy edge in combination with a sweet accent.

The Pol Roger Rich - Demi-Sec GB Epernay has a harmonious blend, as a result of the three champagne grape varieties that are used for this champagne: pinot noir, pinot meunier, and chardonnay. All in equal proportions. It is halfway between dry and semi-dry, which makes it a great champagne to accompany desserts.
