Tasting notes
The Rosé Sauvage has a distinctive character thanks to its remarkably high proportion of Pinot Noir. The blend consists of 50–55% Pinot Noir, 20–25% Pinot Meunier and 10–15% Chardonnay, with a dosage of 10 g/l. This creates a powerful, fruit-driven rosé champagne with aromas of strawberry, blackberry, blackcurrant and ripe citrus, such as mandarin. Its firm structure makes it exceptionally versatile at the table — perfect with dishes like Canard à l’Orange, red meat, flavourful starters, desserts or even a refined barbecue.
